In August 2024, we proudly launched Kumulon GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the CSK Group, which also includes Consult-SK GmbH and REexpect GmbH. This new venture marks a significant step forward in our commitment to innovation in cloud solutions, specifically tailored for financial processes.
The decision to establish Kumulon GmbH stems from our extensive experience and expertise in cloud programming on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Over the years, our team has developed a range of cloud-based SaaS solutions that have significantly impacted the industry. Recognizing the growing demand for specialized cloud solutions in financial processes, we saw the opportunity to dedicate an entire subsidiary to this area, allowing us to focus more intensely on delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Leading Kumulon GmbH as Managing Director is Tobias Többens, the former Head of Development at Consult-SK GmbH. Tobias brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in cloud development and SAP solutions, ensuring that Kumulon GmbH is well-positioned to address the unique challenges and opportunities in the financial sector. Supporting him is Daniel Airich, who has been appointed as Authorized Signatory, Consultant, and Developer. Daniel’s deep expertise in development and his strategic insights make him an invaluable asset to the team.
